Multi-Disciplinary Graphic Designer (6-Month Contract)

As a Multi-Disciplinary Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in various design aspects of our projects. Your responsibilities will not only include game UI design but also extend to creating design documents, and social media. This role demands a creative and adaptable designer who can seamlessly transition between different design mediums and styles.


Versatile Design Creation:

  • Design and develop UI elements for games, ensuring they are engaging, user-friendly, and align with the game's narrative.
  • Design wireframes that focus on the guest experience taking into consideration demographics and accessibility.
  • Develop design documents, presentations, and project visualizations to effectively communicate concepts and ideas.

Collaboration and Conceptualisation:

  • Work closely with various teams (software development, creative and media content) to understand and fulfil their design needs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative design ideas across all mediums.

Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all design outputs are of high quality and consistent with brand identity.
  • Test and refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Project Management and Documentation:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of design assets, guidelines, and project documentation.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven multi-disciplinary design experience (3+ years), including UI/UX and digital media.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in design across various mediums.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.

Beneficial skills:

  • Experience in the gaming industry or a related field.
  • Understanding of game engines such as Unity and Unreal.
  • Knowledge of motion graphic software such as After Effects.
  • Familiarity with 3D design software and real-time engine technologies.
  • Understanding of creating content for print, including brochures, posters and merchandise.
